Support has a new home!

As of 10:00 am CET Thursday 20th February our support platform has moved to a new location within the iVcardo platform. This uses SSO technology to sign you in straight from the iVcardo web application. From the site menu select Support which will open a new browser tab and sign you in automatically, please see image below.

Unfortunately it has not been possible to migrate existing tickets across to the new platform, please be assured these have been noted, tasks created and are under development. Our tech team will liaise with you on any outstanding tickets until completed.
